For those of you (including me) who sometimes have difficulty in sleeping when we should naturally sleep, well check out melatonin the "Dracula of hormones' . As we age our melatonin hormone levels deplete, which is why for some people replacing that hormone can help restore normal sleep patterns. I am ordering some tomorrow as I should be sleeping right now!

Yes you are right. I come from a family of healers. Along with melatonin you can take one tablet which contains Calcium, Magnesium, & Zinc. You can buy it that way. It even benefits you even more so with taking the Melatonin. People can make fun all they want. These are very health beneficial towards sleep. :)

Thought for the day... It used to be Vampire Rave I raced too to chill out, but now Facebook is taking up more and more of my time. How dare it be so addictive! I love being able to upload photos instantly from the mobile network and more and looking at my friends photos. I wish there was that option here but I guess that would mean more bandwidth and storage space..and then the addidtional cost of running that. But imagine the fun. Think, I'd pay a premium on my premium for that service.

Funny how I avoid Facebook...lol. I really don't feel like seeing/hearing about how great that family vacation was, or how much money Brad's now making, etc. Part of it may be resentfulness, but mostly, I hate hearing from the many successful braggarts I know...lol

Still feeling chilled out, and obviously since I am in VR this morning that work is the furthest thing from my mind as I am still on vacation time.

My niece and her wee kiddies are returning to Oz tomorrow morning, so I will be visiting them this morning, plus I will do. My usual down the gym, and maybe have a walk along the beach later.

Tis rest has been so good for me as I was jaded prior to taking it. I feel fresher and look myself again and my diet is good instead of grabbing a take-away on the move. Bloat-out eradicated.. :)

Back home from France and in the coach en-route to hubby in Belfast! I had a wonderful stress free holiday and France is so beautiful particularly in the rural area I stayed in. Some of the world's finest vineyards are in Corbière region where I stayed. Nice to be home to a coolish climate again at 25c as 38c in France nearly melted me away!

Sitting in the airport waiting on my plane.I guess I got here too early but I enjoy the atmosphere. Brilliant strong wifi connection at Dublin airport.

Well, I am on vacation! And tomorrow the travel starts :). Dublin first for a night, and then France to my girlfriend Jackie's villa in Carcassonne in the South of France :)

Here is a little bit about the town...

Set high up on a hill, Carcassonne’s ancient walled city is Disneyworld-perfect. This fairytale collection of drawbridges, towers and atmospheric cobbled streets was reputedly the inspiration for Walt Disney’s The Sleeping Beauty, and it’s a must-see on any trip through this part of southern France. Its medieval core, the cité, was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1997.

Carcassonne is actually two cities in one. Besides the pretty-as-a-picture walled city and the hordes of visitors that throng its streets, there is a low-key, lower town that dates back to the Middle Ages. Known as the Bastide Saint Louis, it features typically French bars, shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as all the standard services and amenities you’d expect, and as such it’s the perfect antidote to the tourist attraction that towers above it.

------ !! Sounds wonderful !! I hope it's not too hot there though but I do have a big floppy hat to wear to save getting my face burned, and sun block.

Au voir... Won't be thinking of VR for a while.. It's brioche, wine and sun for a while :)
